Description
- The Globalss-100V Surface Resistivity Meter SRM02 is a precision instrument designed to provide accurate measurements of surface resistivity and resistance between two points or surface to ground. This versatile, portable meter is essential for ensuring compliance with EOS/ESD Association standard S-4.1, making it ideal for use in environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) control is critical. With a compact design of 135 x 70 x 30 mm and a lightweight build of approximately 200 grams, the SRM02 is both easy to handle and transport.
- The SRM02 operates at a test voltage of 100V, offering a wide measurement range up to 10^12 ohms or ohms/square. It provides accurate readings with a half-decade measurement accuracy and a resolution of one decade. The results are indicated by a series of color-coded LEDs, which make it simple to interpret the resistivity levels. This meter includes external probes and chords, enhancing its capability to perform comprehensive measurements, including surface resistivity and resistance between two points.
- For added convenience, the SRM02 features a “Press to Test” function, and it is powered by a 9V battery with a low battery warning at a test voltage of 80V. Calibration is recommended every 12 months to maintain accuracy. The device comes with a surface-to-ground cord and an optional testing and measuring probe, making it a complete solution for ESD testing and ensuring the safety and integrity of sensitive electronic components.
